At L'Beau Clinique, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and schedules can change. We kindly ask for your consideration in providing advance notice where possible, allowing us to accommodate other clients and ensure the smooth running of the clinic. All treatments are carried out on a one-to-one, appointment-only basis. Missed appointments or late cancellations can significantly impact both our schedule and other clients awaiting availability. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are often difficult to reallocate. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We do not operate a double-booking system, ensuring each client receives our full attention and the highest standard of care. Providing adequate notice enables us to offer your appointment to another client on our waiting list. We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. Failure to attend an appointment, or cancellations made within this period, may incur a £25 service fee. In such cases, a 50% deposit will be required to secure any future bookings.
